ACCESSIBILITY - Whether for work or play, we have rapid access to all parts of the metropolitan area. Gramercy Park Cooperative of Eagan is close to many highways. Need to travel to Minneapolis or Saint Paul?  No problem. We are just 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis via I-35W or Highway 55 (Hiawatha Avenue.). On the other side of the Mississippi River we are 20 minutes from downtown St. Paul via I-35E. For really long trips we’re just 15 minutes away from Minneapolis - Saint Paul International Airport.

SHOPPING - There are lots of places to shop near Gramercy Eagan. There are many shopping malls in Eagan such as Eagan Promenade, Eagan Town Centre and Burnsville Center. Just across the river is the Mall of America.

MEDICAL NEEDS - Need to fill a prescription or be looked at by a physician?  The community has several pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS. Close by are community medical walk-in clinics and urgent care facilities. The community also has many fine medical specialty and dental clinics.

COMMUNITY SERVICES AND FACILITIES - Eagan has numerous facilities in the neighborhood. Within walking distance is the Eagan Community Center (PDF) and Central Park. Taking the bus? Check out the Minnesota Valley Transit Authority for the latest bus route information. Looking to go downtown to Target Field in Minneapolis to see a Twins game?  No need to drive. Just take the bus to the Mall of America and pick up Metro Transit's Hiawatha light rail line to downtown.

Just a few miles away from Gramercy is Eagan City Hall, the Eagan Fire Department and the Eagan Police Department. Next door to City Hall is the Dakota County Library (Westcott).
