Betty Hughes
is Gramercy
Park
Cooperative of Eagan's
Housing
Manager. She
has been
serving in
that role
since April
of 2006.
Betty comes
with over 42
years of
experience,
working at a
wide variety
of jobs;
including
banking
trust
department,
teller
supervisor,
customer
service,
bookkeeping,
human
resources
compensation
and employee
benefits. An
interesting
fact about
Betty is
that loves
working with
people of
all ages and
always
treats them
with
respect. She
is very
customer
service
oriented.

Brian
T. Duncan
Brian Duncan
is Gramercy
Eagan's
Maintenance
Technician.
Brian keeps
the grounds
in good
condition.
Over the
course of an
average day, Brian
keeps busy
by doing
light
plumbing,
electrical
work,
drywall,
cabling and
meeting with
outside
contractors
to schedule
work.
He also
handles work
orders that
can range
from opening
a can to
installing a
new toilet
or kitchen
sink. The
range of
what he will
do for the
residents
is
nearly
endless.
